Greetings and salutations!! No...no, that's not right either. Right, let's try this again.
Hello friends! I'm Melissa. You can call me Mel, or photo-taking
wizard. Either is fine with me! Internet, I have decided to start
blogging. Scary and daunting prospect, believe me - I know. This will be
my 98564133121th attempt to write a blog post (I exaggerate, it's
really like my 98564133120th time). I intend to publish it this time, mess
or not!
This is my daughter, lil monkey/Mercedes. You can expect to see her a lot too.
Why a blog? Well, not only is it a great tool for photographers...I was also dared. For anyone that knows me, refusing a dare is not acceptable. "I dare you, Melissa," said the evil photographer who knows I have a severe phobia of blogging and shall remain nameless (unless he chooses to reveal himself). "I dare you to get outside of your comfort zone and start blogging." Eeek!
This is Chi chi. She is my kennel reject pekingese. My third child. Mercedes dad is my second child.
With that being said, I hereby decree that I will write and maintain a blog; I will use my blog as an avenue to share recent sessions, favorite photos, personal tidbits to give my present and future clients insight about who I am, and maybe even some wizard photo taking tips here and there for the aspiring photog. I dare YOU to take this journey with me.
